It's been some time since I've read the web novel, but I can kind of see it.
Nana did NOT take well to seeing horrific injuries at first, and probably still doesn't like it all that much (although she will gladly stomach it to heal and help someone).

...Then comes along this crazy fucker that when he learned there was a witch that could heal him even if he blew off limbs was, "FUCK YEAH! NOW I CAN DRINK ACIDS AND SEE HOW THEY TASTE (no shit, he actually wanted to do this) AND SMOKE WHILE WORKING WITH EXPLOSIVE CHEMICALS (okay, not actually true, but about as reckless as he came across)! I DON'T GIVE A SHIT, I CAN JUST BE HEALED!". Literally never is Nana going to be happy to see Kyle, because it's almost going to involve him being carried in with multiple pieces of his body in a bucket.
