Premise is good but they wrote themselves into a corner in the first chapter already, the direction they chose with this is not good and there's a few weird plotholes and things that don't make sense within the first 2 chapters already.

Spoiler: Nitpicking on details

Silvio was apparently a successful S/A rank adventurer and consultant for a good while, yet he doesn't have money to pay off the debt from the store, but selling 30 cypress swords is enough apparently.
It's an early game type of town so they only sell cypress swords for that reason but there's a thriving rival weapon store somehow?
His father was good at making weapons but all the weapons he made were the same "weakest weapon" and Silvio didn't have talent to make it?
If Cypress swords are the weakest weapon why keep making it then? Couldn't his father have expanded into making other types? Is there some sort of overarching force that forbids it?
This one might be answered soon, but why on earth is dragon's tail so afraid of a weapons store that only sells the weakest weapon and nothing else (and is poorly managed) to go through all that trouble just to nip it in the bud?

Well i do think this had potential and i think it's got a bit of personality to it, but the more you analyze things the worse it gets so i don't have my hopes up.

Don't be mislead by the title.
They are not really father and daughter (sister maybe?), and there is no atelier like alchemy. It is more like his title as a merchant.

This is a story about a merchant trying to save his father's failing weapon shop with an adorable daughter like partner.
