Man I wonder how different this story would be told by different countries tho I guess having business trips would be common no matter where you are if it's an office/sales job, I can imagine it'd be hard to get a day off for legit sickness vs fooling around with a mistress but even if it's not a distinct uniform feels like someone could still recognize him, Mirai-kuns trap aside

I guess it's good he can call about a complain with out needing some kinda serial or product number or so, tho I'd think customer service is a different job than something that's require you to go on trips even if this time is a lie , vs him handling a complaint directly bc it's another company issue /big client versus a regular citizen just buying whatever he sells

Prolly go after Mirai tho if she attempts yo kiss him i can imagine him looking repulsed

But she is also a gold digger and it is a "thing" in jp where you can sue an affair partner (unless Sumire makes up some lie like "he pressured me..." or playing innocent saying they only wanted to watch the stars, tho her life is prolly cushy enough to not want a divorce yet esp since she targeted Kippei in particular to steal him away if not find other rich or handsome men too)
