He did say "it took a lot of trouble to get" and mentioned a specific academy

But other than students needing to be there for a fitting feels like one could lie like "my daughter is overseas but planning to to this school so I'd like to buy a uniform for her before she gets back so she'll be ready"

Unless you already need transfer papers at that point or so (tho other than keeping for nostalgic reasons i can imagine some ppl selling their uniforms after graduation to a discount store or a cheap price to a kouhai /younger sibling )
