It's been over 90 chapters and I still don't understand the technology level in this manga.
They have lightswitches, trains, laptops, desktops but seemingly no cars or airplanes. And maybe this is the first time we've seen something like a smartphone this chapter? Surely, if that was one, they aren't widely used.

I remember the 1st chapter that randomly had skyscrapers and a laptop in it. Before that, I thought it was all medieval.

The thing you have to keep in mind is that magic changes alot of dynamics on technology, if we did have magic alot of technologies we take for granted would likely not have been discovered due to the ease of magic use, modern electricity is actually a good example of this as it's actually a pretty simple design to build a turbine engine, something that has been used at least since the 1600's (windmills and waterwheels) but we nearly ended up using steam technology, alot of inventors will tell you that some of the greatest inventions are born from accidents or the stars alligning, this is one of the reasons why the idea of a "muse" or divine inspiration is prevalent throughout history, alot of technology is extremely simple, but no one thought of it.

While the author probably just forgot to add them, it cannot be understated just how easy it might be for a society to get computers and railways without ever figuring out long distance phone communication, in fact the antikethyra mechanism is a real world example of this, a rudamentary computer.

All I remember about this manga is that Abel has one single expression, and that the author pussied out of drawing lewds. Haven't seen a single lewd since Lilith in the first few chapters.

Last arc, the villainous plan included opening an online spell delivery service.
But overall, computers seem a bit high-tech for the setting, as most technology seems to be on the 19th century level, with trains and dirigibles.

Peeps missed the classic robot in the toy box... Or the airco unit attached to "old" shop fronts... Or the modern gym..

I think most of the ..weirdness.. comes from the reference pictures the artists use. The city is clearly based on the Edwardian London riverside, which does have the late 19thC facades pocked with the signs of modern use, like airco's and modern interiors.
All interiors I scanned through over a couple of random chapters to check are modern-western or modern-japanese.
So looks like they're simply overlaying the characters/story over whatever they have on hand for reference, and damn consistency.

I mean that barely mean anything, Harem tag most of the time is there because in these works there is multiple characters that like the MC and around it, but not because said character is dating or is even interested in all of them, and mean even less shit here specially because manga already passed the LN as a source again (and not like the novel is even up to date with the translation anyway)
