I imagine this means they aren't going to drag out the revenge plot any longer. Chances are, Set was a demon back then and framed Bichir. His existence has made family members like Hugo become better people, but it is also true that Hugo was never as bad as he thought. The Baskervilles will need to be changed, but they dont deserve extinction either.
