yeah. letting go of the revenge on his father is the best thing to do. Now that he knows and understands what lead him.down that path.

Nothing beats the love of a Grandparent. Melted the ice on his heart in an instant.

Banger end of a season, looking forward to seeing his shenanigans in the academy. Mayhaps he'll meet more of the Great Families that rule the land, even the Leviathans he framed for the city plague. Where's Camyu tho 🥺 also pls dont forget Aiyen, she's my #1

 Banger after banger after banger. This is so good. Told in an incredible way. Revolutionary? No. But it's definitely different from other revenge/regression/I-became-the-strongest stories shilled out to the masses these days. I'm glad he sorted out the "change the past = different future" bits. Different causes effected the future he saw than what he knew. He knew "everything" or so he thought. He's finding out the truth that lurked in the shadows that caused his story. I just hope this doesn't turn into a heaping pile of hot garbage like "A Returners Magic".

I already hate that I'm seeing traces of harem crap. I know his father had many wives and that's the norm in hierarchical settings, but it'd be great if his marriage to Aiyen brought together the Basker's and Barbarians. Bringing together the Basker and Morgue clan and/or Basker and the Saintess (church) doesn't hold as much weight. But I suppose if the writing can make me accept it, I will.

This is great so far, but I'm a little disappointed that we cleared things up with the father so quickly. I almost feel like the Set Demon should have been the last, or one of the last, enemies in the comic, and that this revelation should have come towards the end; now his major driving motivator for the story - his revenge against his father - is gone, and this 'revenge against demons' motivation isn't nearly as interesting.

Still, all the characters are great, and the arts great, and the story thus far has been great, so I doubt they'll suddenly drop the ball because character motivations have changed. I'm Keen for more.
Though the father looks terrible with no moustache, honestly. BRING IT BACK!

Oh god, he became a Marvel superhero :shamihuh:

Good stuff, looking forwards to S2! Personally I'm kinda glad the whole arc with his revenge tied up already, but I'm a bit worried about where we're going from here. If S2 ends up being just school life with intermittent demon hunting and waifus then that'd suck. And there doesn't seem like there's much of anything else on the horizon as far as we know
