The 6th fang requires you to seal your emotions away.
The 7th fang requires you to remove the seal from your emotions.
those that reach 6 usually don't reach 7th because the whole thing about unsealing your emotions seems counter intuitive.
also 7th fang user are swordmasters who can cut souls.

How much of her soul will be lost after the fight? She was already bang up after the resurrection spell mess so how much more she is going to lose after this?

Her soul was more or less fine after the rebound, it was her body that was destroyed and mostly restored after making the deal with the demon.

Let's just hope that she doesn't change so drastically, to where we (as readers) barely even recognize her (specifically her personality and such as a person),

This story keeps getting better because now Bichir is starting to regain the emotions he lost, 2 lifes worth of emotions from his previous to his current.
Though I feel bad for Camus because in the beginning I was rooting for her and Bichir to get together. Yet it seems her Love was so deep that it lead her down a dark path compared to the previous life. Still, I don't support Camus and Bichir anymore because it feels like Bichir has already chosen Aiyen as his future wife and the home he wants to return to.
I do hope they save Camus though, I like how the Author sticks to the deaths of characters and doesn't sugar coat or go easy on things but in this instance it would be a nice "Miracle"
