I'm glad to see we're getting more uploads of Rewrite content!

Btw, which routes does Side B adapt? It wasn’t clear in the description, and Side R seems to use the exact same words. (I wrote the description for Rewrite Dear Secret Rose but not Side B and R).

Since the descriptions of Side B and R are currently the same and reference the "Self" and "World" choices, it'd be good if those descriptions also mentioned which of the two each manga follows. There's a couple of routes related to each one. and if I had to guess, both sides are a merged adaptation of at least two routes.

I've read up to chapter 6 and it seems Kotarou picks 'self', so wouldn't that be Shizuru route?

Yeah, that's how it goes in the visual novel. Not sure yet if this intends to be a specific route adaptation or a blended representation of various routes.
