Bro I think that page 23 had some translation issues and as for a overall translation, the text was alright but the problem I felt while reading was the low quality of the raw which was completely different from the text. So I think it'll it better if you wait for the proper raw(idk anything about translating and shit, I'm just saying it from a reader's pov).
