I think it was Flea, from RHCP - they had that famous concert where they all came out naked with just tube socks on their junk, which would be identifying enough of a performance that you could pick out which "influential bassist" she was inspired by.

Anything that really causes your whole body to move(like performing on stage in a band or beating the crap out of ceremonial drums)counts as excercise.

It can also cause one to die due to excessive exertion.
