I don't remember how she talked in the anime, I should have thought to listen.

Maybe I should've made a note, but all she did was say "ouenshite... ra."

The only time I've seen a random "ra" is when Japanese people say "barete-ra" when the gig is up/something someone was hiding is found out. Although, this is more of a specific neologism originating from an old commercial rather than a dialectal thing so I don't think it's related.

Anyway! It doesn't make much sense, which I imagine is why everyone else was just as confused. So, not so much an accent as an idiosyncrasy or idiolect.
