Romance manga where guy works in a bar

So, I remember reading this manga at least 3-4 years ago, maybe more.
There was this guy who for some reason started working in a bar, possibly a hostess club, though I don't remember for sure.
He also starts falling in love with a girl who works there, who seems naive and innocent, but later he discovers she's just playing him along.
Also I think that he had a trauma from when he was younger, because the girl he liked hooked up with his brother, and he heard them going at it in the room next to his.
It'd be amazing if anyone could tell me what manga it was, thanks in advance.

@Yatsuki I don't think he was a security guy, but I don't remember exactly what he did there. I think he was a pretty wimpy guy, the classic "virgin loser" you see in a lot of romance mangas. I think he might have had some kind of debt with the bar and that's why he was working there. Sorry if it's all a bit muddled up, but it's been a really long time since I read it.
EDIT: Oh and I think he actually left his home because of what happened with the girl he liked and his brother, and maybe that's how he ended up at the bar.
