Mangaplus will continue. It's owned by Shueisha, the original Japanese publisher. However, that may only be true for non-Anglosphere readers. Anglosphere readers may be region-locked, depending on their agreement with Viz.

mangaplus deletes old chapters after a given time up, note that all chapters between 3 and 10 are gone.
