Which one is a better man: A man who spends his time idling but fights evil when he's cornered and has no other choice, or a man who goes out of his way to look for evil to fight it?
These two men are Kenshin and Saitou. Kenshin actually believes he already did more than enough and really doesn't want to do more, anymore. Saitou believes a man can never have done enough, the job is always unfinished.
