When she said "You have everything" she meant Kogarashi's already strong in body and heart (as she'd like to be).
"You have ice in your veins that you can't accept... this is self hatred and nothing else"
Even though Kogarashi has a great strenght (in body and heart) and a person who he cares (Parsley), he's not happy... but jealous for Ryoko's will.
On the other hand, Ryoko is on the way to achieve what she wants, but she knows she can lost everything in a single second.
At this point, Ryoko is unable to understand how a person who has everything she's been fighting for is so sad and cold... how that person can hate himself.
