what's terrifying about this is, as opposed to the teen girl/classmate, that the lil bro is reacting based on 'instinct' i assume, as opposed to having intelligence and manipulating the situation

i wonder if he's 'eaten' any of his preschool classmates or replaced the teachers and such, tho you'd think there'd be a negative side effect of eating and spitting it back out til it's not his brother anymore
