So Bellua is either the tower master, was defeated by them, the system screw up by the tower master, broke that world aswell, or upon his defeat he got Mc and Himself sent to this other world, and he possessed the spirit of Bellua (or just the system in that world since we didnt see The saint get directly told danger by Bellua just a blank system text) I think its the system one
