If I have to assume, I'm guess Frea is cursed & it will eventually make her go insane that she's not in control of her body. I really don't like Adele as a character, but I have to confess that considering his situation, his personality is probably the only one suitable for it. He's personally utterly powerless, without potential for anything, and just waiting for his destruction based on the source. It's a completely miserable situation, where pretty much everything is out of his own hands. His only choice is to rely on the goodwill of loose cannons. I'd say psychologically coping with his situation takes a whole lot more than the typical villain reincarnation, where a bad end might be looming in the future, but the MC still possesses a formidable personal power and merely needs to stop doing evil things to avoid the bad end, and even use their great strength to save people, to gain positive fame. Adele can't personally do anything, other than try to placate and please the powerful individuals, hoping they won't destroy him in the future and might even defend him.

from what loli mage said, i took that "when you try to do magic you Can't, you cause an Explosion"
so my theory is: she goes to a town, city, tries to use a healing spell on injured or sick people but, she can't, hence it explodes. and the wicked God title might amply it to raze the entire town/city. quite cruelly hilarious
