Who wouldn't be furious under such circumstances? A wannabe villain wants to besmirch her reputation even more. That being said, maybe those who initially created her infamy are already dead, but their successors must have kept repeating the lies. She should hate the current church as well. But she's a person who doesn't kill even monsters, forget about bandits, so she simply doesn't have such capacity for hatred in her soul.

The art style is really growing on me. Not often you have a full-color series like this, either, which I think definitely helps (like with her light magic - simple, but the attention to detail with its luminosity really adds an extra bit of pizzazz to the whole thing).
Story-wise - nothing too outstanding, but I dig her no-nonsense approach to things and not wasting time with lots of grandstanding or pontification when she's got better things to be doing. The comedy pressure valve that is her companion is a nice touch as well, softening the edges of the outsized disparity in power between the MC and All Of Creation around her.
