To be honest, they cheated. Reminder that this is the floor 100 so no party has ever done 100 floors in a row and this lady here had a cheat code to enter directly the 90th floor and had also a big ass army to clear every single floor that was left.

Our party here was completely fresh and only faced the boss of the 100th floor without needing to waste resources or stamina on anything else. So this bit that you complain about is not that bad, it's explained even if it's cheap. The rushed part is how the disease goes poof just like that the very moment the medicine is taken.
