Malebolge, one of the Valiants (in human form). Copying from my comment from a few chaps ago:

...One of the Valiants, Malebolge, was at the party (in human form) where Noel did his whole song+dance about Hugo being innocent (she's shown in Ch 52, and we know Malebolge is a Valiant from Ch 30 where they're all listed off). She's also mentioned as an associate of Hooger, the guy who Noel knows is behind Hugo's framejob, and who Noel assumes the assassins are from, so she's already deeply connected with the situation and probably just gave some of her own abyss/valiant genes/whatever to this guy.

So basically she's the one who injected this guy with (probably)abyss goop to transform him to (probably)kill Hugo.

They are separate feats. MC knows his own body and has been making similar predictions since chapter 1

making predictions on attacks is separate set of skills.
