It definitely feels like they could speed up the pacing, the length of the chapters is nice, but it feels really padded with a lot of conversation. And then the conversation get repeated again in the next one...

"Impossible, this and that, it can't be done"
Axel does that
Everyone gets shocks and worships him
Repeat for last few arcs.

It is getting too boring. Might drop this for some time.
