The term "廬山昇龍覇" is both Japanese kanji and Chinese pinyin. It can either be romanized as "Rozan Sho Ryu Ha" or "Lushan Shenglong Ba". Since Shiryu canonically trained in China, it's likely that Kuramada intended for his attacks to be read in Chinese, similar to how some of Hyoga's attacks are read in Russian in the manga. The anime read his attacks in Japanese to make things easier for the kids to understand. (Hyoga's Kholodnyi Smerch became the Aurora Thunder Attack for this same reason) and every other translation likely did the same thing.
