I've been trying to remember this one off and on for like a year now but could never find it. Thought for sure it would have middle aged somewhere in the title so I was always searching for ossan or 40. Nice to see it back. Thanks for the translations.

Not a bad story. Reminds me a lot of that, except the stupidly-high level thing... well there's also the temporary isekai aspect(goes to another world, then returns for good), but really, its the "'legendary' adventure with 3 girls" aspect that reminds me the most. This story is also more grounded, with Igami teaching them about the rawness of life and death and things of that nature; the linked story doesn't have that same weight(even though it is just as dangerous).

I forgot about this one, last i remember is that LH picked it up, then dropped it because of GDS, then the serie went on hiatus for like a few months, then on hiatus again after 6.2, i suppose it returned now?

edit: yep, looking at the dates in the young champion site, it returned in April

I think the magician girl can learn a lot from the old man. Hammer girl needs a sub weapon though. Cramped places need small weapons.

I'm more impressed with his use of magic. Min maxing what you can do in the most efficient way always looks the coolest over the biggest flashy techniques. They have their moments but nothing says competent like super fine control.

- Yeah, that's probably why many choose not to associate with you. Like Abe, for example. Asuka Amachi is the typical privileged brat of a Karen, instructed by her high-ranking father to only associate with elites.

Abe seems to be somewhat on the introverted side of things. She has the ideas in her head, but relating them stumbles because of her introversion. Kousuke just said the quiet part that she was thinking about, out loud.
