We know that by now everyone goes commando in this series and the skirt length of some characters is shrinking every time they make an appearance with a new look. But, this is quite silly now... pg. 3, with that “lace” just makes her looks like she raced from the restroom to see what happens on the TV forgetting to put her skirt back on.

Nodoka should probably already be unable to stand and walk with all the back problems tits like those would give. Also it's likely a sign of cancer given how swollen they have gotten from time of series start which in the manga's world is like all of 1 year or less.
