Yeah, it's meant to be Chiezou getting cut off / trailing off before finishing. Youko's name in kanji is 耀子, and it's the 子 which gets cut off. The problem is that leaves it as just 'You' which in English people might mistake for the pronoun rather than the first part of Youko's name, so I added the 'k' to try and make it clear.

Maybe I should've put a dash (-) too.
