I don't believe anyone's translated them, but you can find the novels on Amazon here and on pixiv with samples to read here. (Some of the stories are adapted directly in later volumes of the comic too.)

It's... not a harem? There's not really a single central character who all the other characters are pursuing, it's a bunch of people with a whole complex web of relationships. I mean, if you don't like it you don't gotta like it, but tagging it as harem wouldn't be accurate.

Thank you. Thanks to the Amazon page, it's easy to know thaht the novels are also available on Bookwalker, on the japanese website. Good to know, maybe they will have an official english translation. 19 novels, that's something !
