Just personal opinion. In the Japanese the accent is done as something very undisruptive meaning only the last kana of the speach is emphasised with katakana. This is to make her sound not quite like a native but she still speaks fluently. If you wanna have her use accent use it very minimally, not with "every word". Or just drop it because I don't see it as major enough. Page 3 is more pun and not so much about her accent.

I was testing the waters with the accent and I did feel like I added on way too much. I'll dial back a bit. Thanks for the insight.

Her name should be written as Lyydia Alaja. Lydia is a foreign/Swedish spelling of the name and Araya is a completely different surname of foreign origin.
