I think this is the best ending, Alek marries Yomi-san and we get a timeskip where they already have children. Shinzo Abe is very happy to see this :chad:

Kagayaki said "twins", but Yomi holds only one child. I know that realistically child can just be somewhere else, but since it's a "final page of manga" that specifically made to show their family together, the absence of a child seems very strange.

Maybe is it a translation issue, and she just said "child" and not "twins"?

Edit: Checked the original, and it definitely says twins [双子]. Strange... Is she referring to those two older girls? I thought they aren't twins though...

It been a while since I read this I thought they where already married ?
They'd apparently never consummated the marriage (and done it off the books) because they were possibly half-siblings and didn't know for sure. (A mystery that's fucking stupid the moment you learn Moonlight and Gray never slept together, because that means there was never any question. Fox, Moonlight, and Gray were basically just fucking with Yomi and Alec for no reason.)

Anyways.

This was their actual legal wedding, however that works in the kingdom.

She was referring to the adopted daughters, they have been referred to as twins a few times before.
