Yep...as even a trasfusion was enough is very likely it can manifest through her too, if she wil stay is another thing, the girls stayed with Sensei becuase they knew and started to like him through the school, this girl have a much smaller connection to him and was horrified of discovering the harem reason to exist, I think it was a overeaction, so is not impossible she will heal and leave.
