There is basically fuck all about SCP in this manga. It's just generic japanese horror drivel, all the shit you've seen a thousand times before.
Well, that's sadly what Japanese SCP looks like. The Japanese fans seem to have misunderstood the point of SCP and ended up going with their usual urban legend type of horror. However, to them THIS is SCP. It's actually a very interesting study of how different cultures internalize "viral" phenomena.

I just hope that at sky time they start showing the original SCP and not just the horror ones.

Well, technically Ura Baito is doing a much better job doing SCP-style stuff with absolutely zero connection to SCP. Irony!

It's really just generic horror stories without the unique framing of the foundation, kinda disappointing it's what this author chose to get made.

So far on this chapter they are writing the story from the first person that interacted with the SCP, no the organization itself. They even mention this on the first chapter
Honestly, its interesting because they don't just find situations, normally civilians get caught and THEN the organization intervenes
