It would be really convenient to be able to search through titles I'm following rather then scroll through updates or after page after page of listed titles. It would also be nice for tags to be searchable as well, as it would be helpful to organize follows by tags and genre's rather comments, updates, views, follows, etc.

As for your latter suggestion, go to your MDList in the user menu (where your notifications and messages are), then click on the little funnel drop-down in the upper right corner of that page.
