Search by translation completion(in percentage)

I envision it looking like horizontal scroll bar that spans from 0% to 100% with a checkbox - "Unknown" by the side.

Searching by completion has already been nixed a few times unfortunately.
Explanation I got was itd be too difficult given MD hosts many different languages
