re-reading the page it says she 'died instantly after 3 shots', which is a bit odd but i guess some ppl still would shoot multiple times but based on that guy's thoughts i guess she might've been suicidal/would've tried dying another method either way?

Its not that he doesnt believe they dont happen but because he has first-hand experience on seeing the results of them at such a young age he's trying to shut everything that isn't superficial out. It's escapism to the max. That's why you'll see him talk about successfully avoiding "sentimentalism."

Otherwise he has to confront the pent up messed up feelings he, and currently, has.

Still not sure what they’re protesting against to where it gets as “extreme” as bomb threats and Secchan getting gunned down eventually tho other than the risk of being blacklisted from
Future companies or hurt ,I wonder how many students simply protested to not go to class, tho a public school walkout would make more sense , in college it just seems like a waste of money
