Ahhhh… so good to be back to this series. As soon as the new season started, I began re-reading the whole thing from the beginning. Finally caught back up, and man do I love this story.
oh my god I never realized the mask was that bad and in shitty 3D. I always assumed it was 2D. It actually looked decent because I was just skimming past it. You've ruined this for me
edit: oh my god it's been weird 3d the entire time. I never actually noticed, this genuinely ruined it. The horns did use to look way better though. and the art as a whole. This entire thing feels like positioned 3D models with a filter
edit 2: OH IT JUST IS 3D MODELS WITH A FILTER. AND THE BACKGROUNDS AND RANDOM ITEMS ARE ALL SHITTY MODELS. THE SCROLLS, THE LADDERS, THE TABLES, ALL OF IT.
Edit 3: ok it wasn't always this bad. It reminds me of cutscenes in three houses. Which I never liked
