Anyone else getting the feeling Haru is pregnant? I've noticed her holding her stomach a lot in the past few chapters.

Though, didn't they say her race couldn't have kids with humans in one of the early chapters? Or am I getting mixed up with something else?

I believe it was more along the lines of she couldn't get pregnant under [insert conditions here], not that she couldn't get pregnant at all.

On a similar note, I believe there was mention of contraception, either thrue [life magic] of alchemy. and unless its changed from the wn/ln, none of the active support characters have children during the course of the main story line.

In the WN, the only real sex is with Caro and Haru. It's not so much a harem as it is a consensual triangle. MC does get pretty hands-on with the artificial girls in the sake of 'replenishing mana'. I haven't seen any LN translations, so I don't know if it's harem-y there like it is here in the manga.

If that's the case, why are you reading erotica? As a comparison, your statement is like complaining that your sushi contains raw fish.

So the solution is simple. Either don't read manga with the BIG RED erotic tag, or just accept that if you are going to eat sushi, you'll be eating raw fish as part of your meal.
