It was short, in some aspects somewhat standard, but overall it was fairly enjoyable. The characters really made this series, and I especially found the relationship between the MC and his brother quite relatable in a way that not many series can achieve, where the superiority of the older sibling in some manner leaves the younger feeling stuck in an inescapable shadow, and they didn't muddy the waters either, which really let their dynamic shine.
Whenever there's a sense of one sibling being better or more capable in manga, authors tend to make them an antagonist or evil in some way so the protagonist can triumph over evil as well as their own struggles, but his brother wasn't evil, wasn't cruel, and in his own way did care for him even if it brought the MC into a dangerous situation as a result, and that sort of complex relationship was a breath of fresh air.
I think it could've gone on longer, and the ending felt quite compact, rushed even, with all the sudden developments, but I think it achieved what it set out to do.
