Looks like the Taira-Azuma relationship is taking a big step in the chapter.

In this one, there's one line by Azuma's p14 that seems to be more suggestive than the original, almost a confession?
"...It's such a waste. I try to help, but all you do is push me away"
The original is
"勿体無いじゃん　努力してて自信ないとか"
which I'd take to mean "It's such a waste that despite all the effort you make you still don't have confidence in yourself"

The translator is the same Catherine Delage as usual and the translations have always been great so far so I'm not sure if I'm missing something here? Catherine shipping Taira-Azuma hard?

I'm always here for Taira and Azuma chapters, well to be honest I like all of the pairings but this one is still the most vague about how they will end up

You lose maybe a minute or two if you're at the wrong end of the platform. Nothing big, and if that means you get a car with more available space, might be worth it.

I was just going to say that that umbrella looked a bit janky, and then came the wind.

Lending someone an umbrella when it's raining and you have a good jacket is not a "doing all this for him". It's on the level of holding a door open for someone following you when you're walking through.

This is cute. It takes a while coming out of your shell, but she's sufficiently pushing while giving him space.

Step one after this: Teach her the secret of the far end of the platform. She'll appreciate it, you get to keep your habit, and both of you get to spend more time together. That's a triple win. Doesn't get much better than that.

Nothing wrong with shipping those two. It's not like it's not the next up-and-coming couple being hinted at.

I like your take more, though. It's less accusatory, which doesn't sound right coming from her.

Damn, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Taira is the most painfully relatable character I've ever come across.

Taira might change back to using the far end platform after this but its still a good step that he willing to try new things instead of closing himself inside a shell of old habits and pessimism.

Its a small step but its a win for him.
