If you're making crepes use melted unsalted butter instead of oil it will taste better, for example:
2dl milk, 70g flour, 10g sugar, 2 eggs and 25g melted unsalted butter.
This recepie was made with +60g eggs, incase that your eggs are in the +30g range use 60g flour.
