Page 12 is all messed up. The first bubble (the flabbergasted guy) should say "Awesome", then Grimm says "Can I take the magic stone" and finally "By all means!". It's funny because they even used a font to match the shape of the speech bubble, but they didn't even bother to read what they were typesetting. Is the lettering person even a human?

Oh that makes sense. I thought the guy was just being the most shameless asshole after they tried kill stealing to impress girls and getting saved by the mc.
