possibly but remember this is an erotic manga, in a suggestive manga i could see it more likely being limited to that. his sister is clearly important to him (and i dare say when he uses 'missing his family' motivator lines he might be unconsciously referring to only his sister.) so i don't think the cest is off the table. all of it hinges on her immigrating though. big doubts it would happen if he actually goes back himself.
