Seems like one of those pre-serialization teaser oneshots. Nagi is not just being an airhead, she actually needs two people coordinating to constantly look out for her constant fumbles. Not sure how to feel about a main character like that.

Nice, I really like romcoms where the girl is the incredibly stupid one instead of the guy, because there are too many where the guy is dumb. (And girls that have room temperature IQ are really funny and cute lol)
