The decision to have her sometimes being shown midblink (I guess to emphasize that she's missing one eye?) is kinda weird.

Wait.... is it a prosthetic? I thought Taneda just assumed it was a prosthetic, and that she really just had two different colored eyes.

Or is the description suppose to be literal - "jade eye" - as in made of jade? That would be really really odd though.
