A note about big sis, she is not a evil character, she really cares about her sister, but her personality and thought pattern are unique, she got back on her feets after their mother incident super quickly, she possibly thought her sister was similar and could do the same, in some ways she is similar to their father, that is a piece of trash but his not thinking of others is on another level.
She really believes what she said, she thought her little sis was doing fine and at most was busy or didn't want to disturb, the flaw everyone will find is her never contacting back home, but families like that exist.
After discovering what happened it does break her a little, but she doesn't gets why it happened as she doesn't understand others.
