Series where a dominated/oppressed guy seeks to teach his female oppressor a lesson

Kind of hard to write a descriptive title at times, sorry. I've seen a number of series now where a guy is oppressed by a girl, usually one who technically considers him to be her "childhood friend", "brother", "comrade" or even "boyfriend" but in practice treats him like a toy that she can abuse, degrade and damage as much as she wants, all while telling him how useless he is. Like, there are a lot of series like that. But pretty much every one of these series winds up with the guy cutting ties with her and her running after him in shock and fury that he would "betray" her like that or delusion that he's just throwing a tantrum without understanding what she's really doing wrong.

The thought then occurred to me, are there any where instead the guy tries to actually teach her a lesson? Bring her down to what she perceives as his level so she can learn humility, force her to see things from others' perspectives, basically get her to a point where she recognizes what a monster she's been?

This would be a hard story to pull off, I know. Especially if the "heroine" is as awful as a lot of the stories I mentioned at the top. But it wouldn't be kind or gentle. It just sort of changes the goal. The guy doesn't try to distance himself or change sides, instead he tries to expose truths, dismantle things holding the girl up, break down the things that give her this sense of entitlement and justification so that she has to see past it.

The stories I've seen where the guy breaks free from the oppressive girl in his life do tend to end with the girl learning such a lesson (or dying, one of the two). The big thing here is that the guy's setting his focus on that goal.

Some of these fit, though others don't. And either way, as I said a lot of the time if you have a story where a girl treats the guy like a slave or toy, the guy's ultimate response is to leave and treat her as an enemy depending on how she tries to get him back. Or if it's hentai, he'll use power, hypnosis or blackmail to force her to be his slave until she embraces the role. But again I don't think I've seen one where the guy doesn't try to conquer her in turn or to cut her out of his life, but rather tries to crush her supports and force her to see the truth until she finally accepts that she was in the wrong.

I'm quite familiar with that genre. And I honestly don't mind those, if they're done well. Heck, a non-hentai where the sort of plan I'm seeking ends with the girl turning into a masochist who loves being beneath the guy does sound like an interesting read. But I thought my previous post made it pretty clear that's not really what I'm looking for. In fact, in a lot of those hentai works I've wished I could see an alternate where the guy tries to use whatever techniques he has to make a girl see the error of her ways rather than just "put her in her place".

For example, there are multiple hentai manga out there where a guy suffers severe bullying from a popular girl, then gets his hands on a hypnosis app and uses it to make the girl sleep with him in all sorts of scenarios as well as occasionally making her do humiliating things in front of the class. But what I find myself thinking is "what would it be like if instead he hypnotized everyone else to be honest with her about how they feel? Or make her admit to her own feelings and/or lies she'd told". Exposing to her how many of her "friends" actually hate her and just want to either take advantage of her power or simply avoid her wrath could hit her hard. Same with hearing what the boys think of her or what their intentions are. And if she is forced to openly share all the lies she'd told, all the ways she'd taken advantage or betrayed friends, etc. to the people she'd victimized could wreck things quickly. This sort of thing wouldn't "put her in her place" in the sense of dominating her the way she'd dominated the guy. Instead it would just crush everything that she used to hold herself up, bring her down socially and emotionally to his level if not far lower.

Like I said, what I'm seeking (and I knew it was likely to not exist) isn't just a guy dominating the girl who dominated him (though it would be cool to see a few of those outside of hentai). Rather I'm looking for something that'd be more complex in a way, but potentially harsher: societal assassination, dismantling the foundations of the pedestal the girl places herself on until she is forced to experience the other side and appreciate how awful she was. With the end goal not of making her into a submissive servant, but rather just making her sincerely apologize to the MC and everyone else she'd wronged.
