I dunno, their memories of their former life seem too specific and also included other people and places (bully that took the eraser first go around comes to mind). Doesn’t really explain the preoccupation with sex either, unless we’re really getting into the shit.

I think it’s just the common trope of single mom you see in manga, dad divorced or fucked off somewhere.

Maybe, but nothing so far has hinted at MC not being lucid and everything being consistent with your standard regression tropes.

It’s also strange that a little girl would imagine being a jobless college dropout locked in his room getting piss drunk and alienated from their family. Where would she even get this frame of reference, unless she lived it?

And it’s REALLY strange if a little girl suddenly developed a pathological drive to have sex, up to the point of nearly being raped twice. It does make sense for some goofy virgin man with no life experience who thinks being a girl = unlimited hot sex.

Just my thoughts, I am more than willing to be wrong surprised.

I don't think this manga is about the logic of him becoming a girl.. it's about a creepy old man learning to live 'life' and witness the terrible shit people go through
