setting to have the sidebar on top (all the time)

I find the sidebar really distracting.
Currently, if you zoom in enough, the sidebar will move on top and not be visible unless you scroll up(which is the behavior I want all the time).

@oiuyoiuy If you click the small black arrow between the reader and the sidebar, the sidebar would retract and only the black arrow remains. Is it still distracting with that?

Lol what? Maybe you can block it with Adblock or Ublock Origin or something, but it's still necessary to change chapters/go to comments from inside the reader.
