I've read a lot of comics and manga, so weird twists or characters are nothing new to me...

However, since the end of the first big arc, this series seems to completely lost its mind! This is made worse knowing we are charging towards the final chapter, and the main plot seems to have curled up and died in favor of random weirdos and... "world building"? Does this count as that?
