Mangaupdates said it's still on hiatus...since 2000 lol.
I still think this is Kuroda Iou's best work, with the potential to be much more if he ever decides to restart it. It's quirky and full of ideas, but there's so much room to grow both character and plot-wise, that the 2 existing volumes have the feel of being the first two volumes of a magnificent (and never written) epic.
